The two last medications are both P-glycoprotein inhibitors and their co-administration with Imodium may result in increase in Imodium plasma levels. Levels of saquinavir are decreased by concomitant intake of Imodium.
If you missed a dose take the medication as soon as you remember. If it is almost time of your next dose just skip its intake and return to your regular schedule. Though this medication may not need to be on a dosing schedule and take it once or twice when needed.
Overdose symptoms are dizziness, drowsiness, unusually rare and little urination, severe stomach cramps, bloating, and vomiting. You may need immediate medical help so inform your doctor if you believe that took too much of this medication.
